Craig Gaitan, Director of Agency Acquistions, Nationwide Insurance – Mr. Gaitan has a distinguished management career.  Mr. Gaitan has held many positions in the field of sales and marketing and is the current Director of Agency Acquisitions for Nationwide Insurance. 

Prior to Nationwide Insurance, Mr. Gaitan was a senior manager at Allstate Insurance where he helped launch and lead the most successful Hispanic marketing program in the insurance industry.

In addition to working in the Hispanic market, Mr. Gaitan created market expansion programs at Allstate Insurance using cutting-edge Internet-based lead sourcing programs which used targeting models and event triggers.  Mr. Gaitan is additionally well versed and skilled in market research, direct mail campaign, and financial management.

Jon R. Kawa – Mr. Kawa is an accomplished business technology professional who has focused his career on effectively designing, developing, and deploying highly secure web-based applications for several leading legal and financial services companies, including Ameritrade and TyMetrix. 

While at Ameritrade, he was a key member of the staff which implemented Ameritrade’s Institutional Investor Site and the company’s ground-breaking Real Time Streaming Quotes application.  Working for the law firm of Kutak Rock, LLP, Mr. Kawa designed and deployed a web-based matter management and reporting system to allow firm partners to manage the case load for one of the world’s largest retailers and to provide legal business analytics to them for the first time.

Mr. Kawa has experience working with several leading legal document and workflow management applications, including iManage and DocsOpen.  His expertise extends into several leading application development and design frameworks, including:  Microsoft’s .NET Framework, Java, LINUX, UNIX, and Cold Fusion.  Mr. Kawa is especially skilled in web interface design methodologies and is an expert in Macromedia’s Studio suite of web design applications.  Mr. Kawa volunteers his time as part of bluescreendemocracy.org to promote open source electronic voting solutions. 

Michael Saltman, General Manager, Esquire Litigation Solutions - Mr. Saltman is responsible for overseeing the operations of Esquire’s Corporate Services Division, which manages large, complex legal support projects globally. Mr. Saltman has spent the past 18 years assisting claims executives and law department leaders in developing and executing strategies to leverage buying power and utilize litigation management technology more effectively.

Mr. Saltman also serves on the Board of Advisors for LDSI (Law Department Strategic Initiatives) a group of General Counsel and senior legal executives from 250 Fortune 500 Corporations that address current issues facing large law departments.
